Staff Development Resources
| NPJS realizes that the richest learning environment occurs when a group of individuals with similar interests is able to meet in a traditional classroom setting where those individuals can network, be presented with new and innovative approaches, and debate critical issues. However, budget constraints in the juvenile justice system often impede both NPJS from providing face-to-face training programs to all jurisdictions in need and local jurisdictions from sending staff to available national training institutes and conferences. Therefore, NPJS is pleased to be able to provide resources, such as training videos, publications, and training curricula, that can supplement or replace face-to-face training opportunities or, at the very least, share information that will expand an individual learner's knowledge base on critical issues. | ![]() |
