Cristy has the responsibility for ensuring a positive member experience by sharing resources, by identifying opportunities to support membership, and by maintaining open lines of communication. She also provides technical support to each of the NPJS Discipline Groups, which hold regularly scheduled virtual meetings for members to network and to discuss critical issues. Prior to joining the NPJS team, Cristy was a career employee for the Johnson County (Cleburne, TX) Department of Probation, where she retired as the Director of Juvenile Services in 2022. She holds a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership.
