Dipesh has an extensive background in the social services field serving child welfare and juvenile justice agencies for more than 20 years. He received his Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Arcadia University. His depth of experience includes clinician, planner, manager, developer, trainer, and educator. He has worked in specialized services for adolescents and adults in criminal justice, drug & alcohol treatment, and mental health. His current passion is advocating best practice approaches for successful re-entry of youth back into their home environment.

 

As Director of Business Development for JusticeWorks YouthCare, he has developed a national perspective on practical approaches to managing youth in the community. Dipesh focuses on developing sustainable community-based services for juvenile justice and child welfare systems across the country with an emphasis on measuring cost savings for local government and producing positive outcomes for families. 

 

He has extensive experience working in Pennsylvania, Ohio, South Carolina, Florida, Texas, and California.
